As a working principal, he stays involved in the details of client cases and the strategies that drive results for property owners across the West.
About Wes Nichols
Before property tax became his focus, Wes Nichols spent years learning how commercial real estate moves money. He worked in loan origination at Johnson Capital, where he was named Rookie of the Year and closed more loans in a single fiscal year than any peer, and earlier in sports media at ESPN and FoxSports.com, where he sharpened the business development instincts that would later define his firm.
He founded Paramount Property Tax Appeal in 2009 and built it from a two-person operation into a multi-state firm spanning California, Colorado, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, and Washington. Under his leadership, the firm has filed more than 45,000 appeals, managed over $50 billion in assessed value, and generated more than $100 million in refunds for clients. He holds a California Real Estate License and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
As Founder and CEO, Wes remains a working principal, directly involved in evaluations, client strategy, and operations. His focus has never shifted from the original premise: that every property owner deserves a true, research-backed assessment of value.
