With his strong foundation of 36 years in commercial real estate capital markets and asset management, Ken is a valued member of the Paramount Property Tax Appeal team. Successful tenures with both institutional and start-up firms gives Ken a critical skill set to draw upon when maximizing results for Paramount clients.

Combining commercial real estate debt/equity origination and institutional asset management, Ken brings subject matter expertise together with a strong pedigree to Paramount Property Tax Appeal. Ken was a high-volume originator at CBRE, HFF, Newmark, JPMorgan and Money360 and a producing manager at Merrill Lynch CMBS (Western Regional Manager) and Bank of America/SAG-OREO (SVP, West Regional Manager during the GFC).

Ken is a graduate of the USC Marshall School of Business with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Finance.
