BLAKE LICHTIG

As Regional Vice President at Paramount, Blake serves as head of the Colorado Property Tax Appeal Division and is a recognized leader and dominant force in the commercial real estate marketplace. Throughout his property tax career that started during the 2008 Great Financial Recession, Blake has successfully reduced hundreds of property tax assessments with various Decline in Value, Base Year, New Construction and Supplemental Protests at the County Assessor and Assessment Appeals Board.

Blake currently holds the prestigious CCIM designation which roughly only 5% of Commercial Real Estate professionals earn for their advanced transactional history and underwriting proficiency. With a proven track record since 2005 and a multifaceted range of expertise in Property Tax Assessments, Brokerage Management, and Leasing, Blake provides his clients with the highest level of transparency, efficiency, and professionalism from start to finish.

Having graduated with a degree in Economics in conjunction with being an NCAA collegiate athlete, Blake continues to instill the morals, values, and discipline he learned as a student athlete into his business and personal life. Blake is an avid hiker and enjoys spending time cooking, grilling, golfing, baseball, volunteering, and spending time with his friends and family.
