Rob leads the business development efforts and client relations for the firm as well as providing technical guidance to the Business Property Tax Division.
Rob graduated from California Lutheran University with a B.S. in Accounting and was an Academic All American in baseball. Rob began his career and spent seven years as an Audit Manager with the Big Four accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Rob then joined and spent four years as the Corporate Controller at Silicon Power Corporation, an international manufacturing company where he was responsible for all accounting and financial reporting of the company’s worldwide operations.
After spending 11 years solely focused in accounting and finance world, Rob joined and spent seven years with the Fortune 500 Company, Spherion Corporation, a human capital consulting firm, as Vice President of the western United States for the Professional Recruiting Division. After Spherion, Rob joined Coldwell Banker where he personally originated more than $60 million in Commercial and Residential home loans. Rob’s background in Accounting, Real Estate and Business Development make him uniquely qualified to understand all aspects of Property Tax Appeal, be it from a CFO’s perspective or from a valuation issue.
